This Refund Policy explains when and how You may request a refund for a Membership or Session purchased from Us, and how such requests are handled. This Refund Policy forms part of Our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund Policy, the definitions set out in Our Terms and Conditions apply. In particular:

Account means a unique account created for You to access Our Service or parts of Our Service.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Refund Policy) refers to Digiguise Inc., 1875 Mission St Ste 103 # 271, San Francisco, CA 94103.

Membership refers to any paid access plan offered by the Company through the Service (for example, a lifetime plan or a time-limited plan), purchased for a single, one-time payment.

Service refers to the Artistic Composition website, application, and related online software made available by the Company, accessible from https://artisticomposition.com.

Session refers to a one-on-one consultation, coaching, or similar meeting that You may book with the Company through the Service, for a single, one-time payment.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
One-Time Purchases
All products offered through the Service are one-time purchases. We do not offer subscription-based billing, and You will not be charged on a recurring basis. Each purchase is a single, one-time transaction processed by Our third-party payment processor, Stripe, on Stripe's own website, to which You are redirected when making a purchase.
Because Your payment is processed directly on Stripe's own website, We do not collect or store Your payment card information. When a refund is issued, it is processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method.
Memberships
All sales of Memberships are final. A Membership grants immediate digital access to paid content upon purchase.
If You believe a charge was made in error, You have not been able to access the content You paid for, or there is a material problem with what You received, please contact Us within fourteen (14) days of the transaction. We will review Your request in good faith and, where the circumstances warrant it, issue a refund.
Requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the transaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be granted.
Sessions
Sessions are scheduled one-on-one meetings. Because Our time is reserved specifically for You once a Session is booked, the following rules apply:
- Cancel or reschedule in advance: You may cancel or reschedule a Session at no cost by contacting Us at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time.
- Late cancellation or no-show: Sessions that are not cancelled or rescheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time, or for which You do not attend, are considered rendered and are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Us: If We cancel a Session, We will offer to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time or, if rescheduling is not possible, issue a full refund.
- Technical issues on Our side: If a Session cannot be completed due to a technical problem on Our side that cannot reasonably be resolved, We will offer to reschedule or issue a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Us via Our Contact page, and include the following information so We can locate Your transaction quickly:
- The email address used at the time of purchase.
- The approximate date of the transaction.
- The product purchased (Membership or Session).
- A brief description of the reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond to refund requests within five (5) business days.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be initiated through Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Once initiated, the time it takes for the refund to appear on Your statement depends on Your bank or card issuer, and typically ranges from five (5) to ten (10) business days. We have no control over this processing time.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any statutory consumer rights You may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In particular:
- If You are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, You may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days, unless You have expressly consented to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged that this waives Your right of withdrawal.
- If You are a consumer in California or another U.S. state, You retain any non-waivable rights granted to You under applicable state law.
Where You are entitled to a statutory refund, We will honor that right regardless of any shorter period stated in this Refund Policy.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If You have a concern about a charge, please contact Us first so We can try to resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback with Your bank or card issuer without first contacting Us may result in additional processing time, the suspension of Your Account and any active Membership during the dispute, and, where the chargeback is found to be invalid, may be grounds for termination of Your Account under Our Terms and Conditions.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Refund Policy. Changes apply to purchases made on or after the date of the updated policy.
